He is a blockchain enthusiast with a passion for disrupting norms and positively impacting the well-being of individuals, society, and the nation at large through digital interventions. Taranjeet is a Credentialed Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and currently serves as the Chair of the Chartered Management Institute Regional Board of Malaysia. He is also a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Management Institute UK and the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Managers & Leaders for his contribution to the area of Management Consulting. As the Co-Founder of JoOpps, a HR Tech platform with a specific focus on recruitment, Taranjeet has a detailed understanding of talent management and development. He is skilled in complex organizational transformation and effectiveness, driving performance and business turnaround, and has the ability to closely tie human capital interventions to business goals and tangible financial numbers. Taranjeet has also served as the Managing Director of Korn Ferry Hay Group Kazakhstan, with oversight of Central Asia. He is a Global Master Executive Coach with ICF and an Advanced Global Practitioner of the DISC, Values & Motive Profiling, Emotional Intelligence & Learning Styles assessments. He is also a practitioner in Organizational Networks Analytics within the area of Organization Intelligence. Taranjeet has a wealth of education and training, including a Mandatory Accreditation Program for Public Listed Company Directors from Bursa Malaysia, a Master Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, and a Master of Business Administration from Keele University. He also holds degrees in Law & Computer Science and Intellectual Property from Keele University and The University of Western Australia, respectively. With over 20 years of relevant experience, Taranjeet has a strong understanding of management considerations relating to business transformations, turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, and digital implementations. His tech stack includes JavaScript, AngularJS, Blockchain, ReactJS, and MySQL. Taranjeet is a visiting lecturer for Change Management/Organizational Development Seminars in the UK for the MBA Programmes at the University of Birmingham and the University of Keele, and is always interested in prospective business collaborations.
